At Nugget Quests, we stand by the quality of our hand-packed paydirt. Every bag is prepared with care and includes guaranteed real gold. While all sales are final due to the nature of the product, we’re committed to resolving any issues that arise.

Refund Timeframe

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Important: Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be included
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • The bag must contain the original guaranteed amount of gold
  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at NuggetQuests@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a Return Authorization and detailed shipping instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Exceptions

We do not issue refunds or returns for:

  • Dissatisfaction with the amount or size of gold (each bag contains a guaranteed minimum)
  • Used products or opened bags
  • Buyer’s remorse

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure your package reaches us safely.
