Our products are not intended to be used or interpreted as a source of guaranteed profit or investment. We do not claim or imply that any purchaser will recover more than the purchase price in value. By purchasing from Nugget Quests, you acknowledge the inherent risk and variability in the gold recovery process, which is influenced by skill, tools, and chance.

Every bag is guaranteed to contain the minimum gold weight stated in the product listing. However, we make no guarantees regarding the size, shape, value, resale price, or total recovery of gold. Gold is included for entertainment purposes only. Any representations of gold recovery in marketing or customer reviews are anecdotal and do not reflect a guaranteed outcome.

Nugget Quests disclaims all liability for gold purity, fluctuations in market price, or customer satisfaction based on gold contents. By purchasing, you agree that the product is for novelty use and that dissatisfaction with gold contents is not grounds for a refund or claim.

All orders placed through NuggetQuests.com are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason at our sole discretion. Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice due to gold market fluctuations, packaging costs, or other variables. Orders are processed through third-party payment processors. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party services.

We ship to U.S. addresses only. Standard processing time is 1–3 business days. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by the buyer, postal delays, or delivery errors. Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the buyer.

If a package is lost or stolen after delivery, no replacement or refund will be issued. Tracking numbers are provided upon shipment and must be used by the customer to monitor delivery status.

Refunds are only processed under the following strict conditions:

• The item is returned unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• All gold must be present and accounted for
• A refund request is initiated within 7 days of delivery
• The buyer provides valid proof of purchase
• A return authorization is issued by Nugget Quests before returning the item

All returns are subject to inspection. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion after verifying product condition and gold content. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nugget Quests, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or misuse of our products
• Loss of money or investment
• Dissatisfaction with gold recovery
• Improper use of tools such as pans
• Physical injury, allergic reactions, or property damage

By purchasing, you waive the right to hold Nugget Quests liable for any damages, losses, or claims related to your use of our products or website.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nugget Quests and its employees, agents, affiliates, and suppliers from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising out of:

• Your use or misuse of the site or our products
• Your breach of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or the rights of any third party

All disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Riverside County, California, pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive all rights to:

• Participate in a class action
• Pursue litigation in court
• Seek punitive damages

By using our site or purchasing, you agree to resolve all disputes individually and through arbitration only.
